Cant stand two faced , hypocrite Will Schofield ! How is a guy that was a very ordinary player even on Fox / TV as a footy expert ? and why is he doing all of West Coasts media when he daily says how he doesn't support the club and bashes them all broad cast ?

Eagles are playing similar footy. But I do like how Schoey is more proactive with the positional changes. Moving Ginbey straight back and to be honest that was a no brainer considering his long season. But putting Allen behind the ball. Playing around with other roles I think has been good. I'd like team to experiment with other guys on the wings and inside mids. It seems its been Ledwards and Chesser all year and hasn't worked. Clearly they now prefer Hunt and Ginbey running off half back. Even if Kelly or Sheed move onto the wings to allow more trial and error in the middle. Hough and Cole perhaps could benefit from a running role to finish off their years and increase his versatility. Young guys also need to learn skills in defence to improve as players Culley Ledwards etc...

I like J Schofield , he has the hard edge the Eagles have lost since Whosha departed and that's what the team need , a bit of fire , some mongrel in their game. I loved seeing all the boys backing each other up in the biff up !

Schoey always delivers concise analysis with positivity, this guy needs to be in serious consideration for the job beyond this season. West Coast need to do their due diligence, but i'm sure he will present strongly. I think most members would expect the club to be quite ruthless with the list at seasons end.

Interesting that last week, no Darling n 0 inside 50 tackles, this week Darling plays and we have some inside 50 presence. Hope the knockers take notice. In the final analysis 35 point win to Dockers was flattering in margin! Can't fathom umpires not reviewing the ball back over the line that was obvious to the naked eye! These sorts of anomalies by the umpires amongst others fuelled the Dockers. A elite side like the Dockers only need a half dozen sniffs from Umpires to finish off their work. Eagles can take a lot of kudos for a honest and sometimes a spectacular effort! I would relish interviewing the Umpires to why consistently they target the Eagles with a umpiring mk ultra style of punitive negative umpiring. In the end this made the 35 point margin flattering! With fairer more positive attitude from Umpires the margin would have been at least 20 points closer! That's pretty cool against a top four side that certainly will be a chance to challenge for the flag 🏳 😀 and good luck to them.

Geez Duffield asks some stupid questions. Energy at home? didn't he watch matches against North or Hawthorn? We've been largely shocking at home in the last six weeks. Then he calls it a grand finals? another bizarre comment. Surely the Eagles would just be focusing on being competitive. At their position, that's the most important. Let the wins look after itself. They have shown they can win if in a winning position. Its not as if they don't know how to win (an issue with some teams), its just that they can't be competitive enough in games and that comes down to resilience and talent. Resilience has been a big issue for us for two years. The club really needs to analyse better the games when the Eagles get thrashed. What are the guys that aren't putting in and sweating blood. I think you'll find its the same guys every week that go missing when the going gets tough. Its the same guys that are generally struggling when playing over east too. There are now a couple of years worth of data for the list manager to review.
